Suggested Use
We recommend taking three (3) tablets of the veg multivitamin each day, preferably with meals.
CAUTION: Never exceed the recommended dosage. You should also avoid taking this product with other dietary supplements with high elemental chromium levels. Other contraindications for this multivitamin include:
