Suggested Use
Capsules are an effective way to get the benefits of various herbs and botanicals without having to taste the bitter flavor of the seeds and leaves. Take one goldenseal and echinacea capsule per day with a meal, as needed, or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
